Co-founder & CEO

15+ years in project management, business analysis, and process improvement — with a focus on retail IT delivery, deployment, and project leadership. Based in the Porto area (Matosinhos). Master's in Industrial Engineering and Management (FEUP).

  • INOVRETAIL — Head of Deployment and Support (since Aug 2021). Retail software; engineering and technical delivery.
  • SONAE — 2014–2024: Product Manager (Merchandising, Fashion); IT Project Manager (ISRG); logistics & supply chain project management roles across the group.
  • VP Consulting — Business consultant (2010–2013): project management, process improvement, KPI modelling, and reporting.
